Yes. Brooklyn Airlines works with clients across music, arts, and culture on album artwork, branding, posters, editorial design, digital campaigns, and merch. The store is an extension of the studio, not the other way around. For project inquiries email hello@brooklynairlines.com

It depends on the product. Tote bags ship from our Brooklyn studio within 1-2 business days. Print-on-demand items (tees, hats, mugs, canvas prints, posters) ship within 2-5 business days. Delivery takes 5-10 additional days depending on location. If you need an "I Hate Leaving NY" or Brooklyn Airlines logo tote urgently, email us at hello@brooklynairlines.com to arrange studio pickup.

Some products ship from different locations. Our Brooklyn Airlines and "I Hate Leaving NY" tote bags ship directly from our Brooklyn studio. All other items including tees, hats, mugs, canvas prints, and posters are fulfilled on demand by our print partner. You may receive separate packages for the same order.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To start a return, email hello@brooklynairlines.com with your order number.

These items are made on demand specifically for your order. We do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If that happens, email us within 7 days with a photo and your order number and we will sort it out.
