Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Totes ship from our Brooklyn studio within 2–3 business days via USPS Ground Advantage. Canvas prints and posters are made and shipped on demand by our print partner within 3–6 business days.

We ship to the United States and Canada.

Orders may arrive in separate packages if they contain both studio and print-on-demand items.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

To start a return, email hello@brooklynairlines.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For items over $50 we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Exchanges

We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. Email us at hello@brooklynairlines.com with a photo of the damage and your order number.

Printful products

Canvas prints, posters, and mugs are produced on demand by our print partner Printful. Each item is made specifically for your order.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at hello@brooklynairlines.com with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement directly with our print partner.

Because these items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective.
